Lincroft, NJ - Two Jersey Blues baseball student-athletes were selected in the 2019 MLB Draft.
Sophomore left-handed pitcher Justin Fall was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 34th round, pick 1009. In his two-year career as a Jersey Blue, Fall totaled 23 appearances. In 128.2 innings, he notched 140 strikeouts with an overall record of 12-7, including six complete games.
2016 right-handed pitcher Danny Serreino made 11 appearances in his freshman year as a Jersey Blue. With an overall record of 5-2, Serreino tossed for 55 innings and struck out 87 batters, averaging 14.24 per game. Serreino was selected in the 32nd round, pick 954 by the Cincinnati Reds.
