Lincroft, NJ - And the hits just kept on coming for the Brookdale Jersey Blues as they rallied past the Monroe College Mustang JV team, 13-1 to improve their record to 13-0.
Sophhomore catcher, Lucca Limeira, punched a triple for two RBI's, finishing 1-3 in the 7-inning game. Three more sophomores posted two RBI's for Brookdale including right fielder, Nick LoVarco, who hit 2-3 for two RBI's, third baseman Rocko Brzezniak, went 2-4 with two, and shortstop, Hunter Serrano, batted 1-3 for two as well.
The Jersey Blues will face conference foe, RCSJ-Cumberland next on Sunday, March 17th, for a double-header beginning at 12:00pm.
