Brookdale's Rocko Brzezniak Named Region 19 Baseball Player Of The Year

Lincroft, NJ - Sophomore standout infielder and dominant slugger, Rocko Brzezniak, was recently named NJCAA DIII Region 19 Player of the Year for his outstanding performances this year as a Jersey Blue.

Lincroft, NJ - Sophomore standout infielder and dominant slugger, Rocko Brzezniak, was recently named NJCAA DIII Region 19 Player of the Year for his outstanding performances so far this year as a Jersey Blue.

Brzezniak (St. John Vianney High School), plays both the third and first base position while accomplishing an exceptional .957 fielding percentage. On the offensive side, Brzezniak leads the nation with his .570 batting average, he's second in RBI's with 79, and fifth on the list with 12 home runs. In addition, he has chalked up 38 stolen bases.
