The Jersey Blues broke the game wide open in the fifth and sixth innings, pouring in 15 runs to take full control and seal the victory.
Freshman shortstop Dawson Smail led the offensive charge with a perfect 3-for-3 performance, including a double and three RBI. Freshman left fielder Nicco Maribo continued his hot streak at the plate, adding another double and driving in three runs.
Sophomore third baseman Anthony Pizzuti and sophomore second baseman Ryan Tan each contributed two RBI in their 1-for-3 efforts, while additional run production came from freshman center fielder Ray Mulhern, sophomore right fielder Casey Gardiner, and freshman Frank Kentoffio.
On the mound, sophomore Jeffrey Barham delivered six strong innings to earn the win and improve to 5-1 on the season.
With the series complete, Brookdale (22-7-1) will remain home for its next matchup against the Bucks County Community College Centurions on Tuesday, April 14th at 3:30pm.
