Brookdale Holds Off Lackawanna In 10-9 Thriller
Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College baseball battled through a tight contest and came away with a hard-earned 10-9 victory over the DII Lackawanna College Falcons to improve to 33-9-1 on the season.

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College baseball battled through a tight contest and came away with a hard-earned 10-9 victory over the DII Lackawanna College Falcons to improve to 33-9-1 on the season.
The Jersey Blues received key offensive production from freshman Ryan Adams, who delivered a two RBI double in a crucial moment. Sophomore right fielder Gary Perone III continued his strong season at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
On the mound, sophomore Vinny Zaffarese earned the win after a solid 3.0 innings of work, improving his record to 4-0 on the year.
Brookdale now turns its attention to the next challenge as the Jersey Blues prepare to host the County College of Morris Titans on Tuesday, April 28th at 2:00pm.
