Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Community College men's basketball team earned a determined 60-49 victory over the Camden County College Cougars, using steady scoring and strong rebounding to secure their fourteenth win of the season.
Sophomore guard Keith Allen once again led the way, finishing with a team-high 15 points. Freshman forward Matthew Slaby made his presence felt in the paint, coming just one point short of a double-double after totaling nine points and pulling down 11 rebounds.
The Jersey Blues improved to 14-6 with the hard-fought road performance and will return home for their next matchup. Brookdale is set to host the Northampton Community College Spartans on Tuesday, January 27th, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 pm.
