Brookdale Handles The Passaic Panthers At Home
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale men’s basketball team delivered another strong performance at home, defeating the Passaic County Community College Panthers 95-84 in a well-paced and balanced offensive showing. The Jersey Blues found their rhythm early and held steady as multiple players contributed across the board.
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale men's basketball team delivered another strong performance at home, defeating the Passaic County Community College Panthers 95-84 in a well-paced and balanced offensive showing. The Jersey Blues found their rhythm early and held steady as multiple players contributed across the board.
Sophomore guard Keith Allen led the way with 22 points and four assists, setting the tone with steady scoring and smooth distribution. Freshman forward Aidan Hamlin-Woolfolk followed with 17 points, staying consistent in the paint and along the baseline. Freshman forward Matthew Slaby added a powerful presence inside, finishing with 13 points and 11 rebounds for a well-earned double-double.
Sophomore center Evan Weiner and sophomore guard Shaun Valentine each produced 10 points, giving Brookdale a well-rounded scoring chart that kept momentum on their side for all 40 minutes.
With the win, Brookdale improves to 17-6 and continues to build confidence as they prepare for their next test at home. The Jersey Blues will host the Northampton Community College Spartans on Thursday, February 5th, with tipoff scheduled for 7:00 pm.
