Men's Cross Country Competes At Stockton University's Osprey Open
Galloway, NJ - On Saturday, September 20th, the Brookdale men's cross country team traveled to the Stockton University campus to compete in the annual Osprey Open.
Galloway, NJ - On Saturday, September 20th, the Brookdale men's cross country team traveled to the Stockton University campus to compete in the annual Osprey Open.
Freshman Walter Heffner was the first finisher in the 8k race for the Jersey Blues with a strong time of 29:11. Sophomore, Andrew Lorig followed with a running time of 29:56. Sophomore Harmon Hass finished third for the Blues with a personal record of 31:03. Sophomore, Gavin Tay, was next to complete the race in 31:51. Rounding out the top five was freshman, Charles Doolittle, running a 32:14. Sophomore, Diego Alva followed close behind with a 32:37 while sophomore, Fredson Rodriguez-Segovia, ran a personal record time of 34:09. Freshman, Jason Ritter, was the last explorer to finish for the jersey Blues with a time of 34:22.
Brookdale returns to action on Sunday, September 28th, as they host their annual home meet, the Jersey Blues Invitational, beginning at 10:45am on the Lincroft campus.
