Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale's freshman center fielder Sophia Lasater has been announced as the GSAC Softball Player of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Freshman utility player Sophia Lasater turned in a standout performance for the Jersey Blues as Brookdale split its doubleheader with Hudson Valley CC—dropping the opener 2–7 before bouncing back with a 17–15 victory in game two. Lasater collected five hits, including two singles, a double, a triple, and a home run. She drove in three runs, scored three times, and added four stolen bases to cap an impressive day.
