Mya Bonilla Named GSAC DIII Softball Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale Community College sophomore second baseman Mya Bonilla earns GSAC DIII Softball Player of the Week honors.

Bonilla turned in an impressive week for the Jersey Blues, contributing across the board in six games. Bonilla collected six hits, including one double, while scoring five runs, driving in three RBIs, and swiping six stolen bases. 

The Jersey Blues finished 3–3 on the week, earning two wins over 10th-ranked Northampton (9–4, 12–0) and a victory against third-ranked RCSJ–Gloucester (8–2). The week also included two losses to Lackawanna (10–2, 12–3) and a setback to RCSJ–Gloucester (13–3).
