Brookdale Closes Strong Season With Runner Up Finish
Edison, NJ - The No. 2 Brookdale Community College softball team fell 6-1 to the No. 1 seeded RCSJ-Gloucester Roadrunners in the deciding game of the Region 19 Championship.

Edison, NJ - The No. 2 Brookdale Community College softball team fell 6-1 to the No. 1 seeded RCSJ-Gloucester Roadrunners in the deciding game of the Region 19 Championship.
Freshman first baseman Isabella Graci drove in the lone run for the Jersey Blues, while additional hits came from sophomore pitcher Jules Hart, sophomore right fielder Emma Zazzarino, and sophomore second baseman Mya Bonilla.
Brookdale continued to battle throughout the championship matchup against a strong Roadrunners squad, closing out another impressive postseason run.
Following an outstanding season filled with key victories and strong conference play, the Jersey Blues earned the Region 19 Runner-Up spot and finished the year with a 34-13-1 overall record and an impressive 26-2 conference mark.
