Lincroft, NJ - The Region 19, #2 ranked, Brookdale Jersey Blues women were pumped, ready, and successful as they captured the #1 RCSJ-Gloucester Roadrunners in a significant 67-59 victory.
The fourth quarter was huge for the Blues, outscoring the Roadrunners by six points, mostly from the foul line as they shot 80% in the tight and intense game. Sophomore guard, Rahkhia Mack, was sharp from the floor scoring a game-high 24 points in the win. Sophomore point guard, Ava Myskowski, hustled all over the floor with her double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds, adding an essential 5-5 from the foul line.
The 13-6 Jersey Blues play again on Thursday, February 2nd, as they travel to visit the CC of Philadelphia Panthers with a 5:00pm start.
