Freshman guard Leomary Diaz-Merino delivered a standout performance in her final game of the year, scoring 21 points, handing out five assists, and going a perfect 10-for-10 from the foul line. Sophomore guard Jocelyn Jackson added 17 points in a strong effort, while freshman guard Laila Hagan contributed 12 points. Freshman guard Jamirah Glanton chipped in 10 points to round out Brookdale's balanced scoring group.
Despite Brookdale's competitive push and consistent guard production, Gloucester's late-game surge created the separation needed to secure the semifinal victory. The Jersey Blues caps their season with pride, resilience, and a foundation to build on moving forward.
