Women's Soccer Wins A Dominant 4-0 Over DII Lackawanna
Scranton, PA - The Brookdale Jersey Blues women's soccer team added their fourth shutout of the season after a dominant 4-0 win over the DII Lackawanna College Falcons.

Scranton, PA - The Brookdale Jersey Blues women's soccer team added their fourth shutout of the season after a dominant 4-0 road win over the DII Lackawanna College Falcons.
In the 38th minute, sophomore forward, Kyle Wolstencroft, provided freshman midfielder, Bella Tomassini, with her first opportunity and goal for the Blues at 38:02. In the second half at 48:35, sophomore midfielder, Emma Petrocelli, received a pass from sophomore midfielder, Taylor Suckey, for goal number two. Tomassini scored her second goal, Brookdale's third of the game, off of the foot of Petrocelli at 76:08. The final goal was sent in just one minute later as Suckey sent a pass to sophomore midfielder, Hannah Roberts to seal the win. Freshman goalie, Demitria Fredericks, did an outstanding job protecting the net with eight saves.
Brookdale is currently 4-0 and will be back in action on Tuesday, September 23rd, as they host the Ocean County College Vikings beginning at 4:00pm.
