Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale women's soccer team triumphed over the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers in a storm-infused 8-0 conference meet-up.
Three goals were scored in the first half with two of them coming from freshman midfielder Bella Tomassini off the feet of sophomore midfielder, Hannah Roberts at 20:07, and then at 26:20 from sophomore midfielder, Taylor Suckey. Sophomore forward, Kyle Wolstencroft, scored the third goal at 37:49 with the assist from Tomassini.
In the first ten minutes of the second half, Hannah Roberts, scored back-to-back goals with the help of Taylor Suckey at 47:44. Freshman midfielder, Emily Murawski came through as a huge playmaker sending three assists in a row to Hannah Roberts at 55:03, to Taylor Suckey for Brookdale's sixth goal, then to sophomore defender, Gianna D'Angelo, at 75:24. D'Angelo also had two goals for the Jersey Blues with her second being at 80:00 from Bella Tomassini.
Brookdale (9-1) will play the RCSJ-Gloucester Roadrunners next at home on Saturday, October 18th at 12:00pm.
