Brookdale's Georgia Jones Places Third At Region 19 Championships

Lancaster, PA - Brookdale Community College sophomore Georgia Jones delivered an outstanding performance at the Region 19 Women's Cross Country Championships, finishing third overall in the 5K race held at Lancaster County Central Park, hosted by Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

Jones ran a strong and steady race, crossing the finish line with a time of 22:23 to lead the Jersey Blues. 

Jones and Brookdale cross country will now turn her attention to the National Championships, set for Friday, November 7th, in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The race will mark Jones's final collegiate competition, capping off an impressive career with the Jersey Blues.
