Lincroft, NJ - The #4 seeded Brookdale Community College men’s volleyball team delivered a commanding performance on their home court in the Collins Arena, sweeping #5 seeded Passaic County Community College, 3-0, in the first round of the Region 19 Tournament.

Lincroft, NJ - The #4 seeded Brookdale Community College men's volleyball team delivered a commanding performance on their home court in the Collins Arena, sweeping #5 seeded Passaic County Community College, 3-0, in the first round of the Region 19 Tournament.
Freshman middle hitter Logan Ash led the charge with 12 kills and two blocks, continuing his standout season with another dominant performance. Sophomore middle hitter Jahki Willis anchored the defense with five blocks while adding nine kills, freshman outside hitter Mauricio Catalan contributed nine kills of his own, while freshman middle hitter Jayden Preston added eight kills and two blocks to round out the Blues' efficient attack.
With the win, Brookdale advances to the Region 19 Championship match where they will face #1 seed Ocean County College on Wednesday, April 8th at 6:00pm. The Jersey Blues will look to carry their momentum into the final as they aim to capture the region title.
